Bernadette says they have three types of customers, ethical, organic & those that love earth shatteringly great coffee. Trevor roasts the conscience friendly beans in house, you can purchase, ground or whole. He prescribes to disciples the best way to brew their beans at home. Or sit in & sample a rustically satisfying organic oat bread sandwich & a gluten free sweet, or try an ugly biscuit.
